Account Limit

Each user is only allowed one active account at any time. If a user is found to have more than one active account, that user will forfeit all accounts.

No Automated Use

You may not use any software or mechanism to automate the use of MafiaMatrix in any way.

• using any software which sends requests to MafiaMatrix independently of the user;
• using any form of automated mouse movement or clicks;
• using any software that uses any form of "OCR" to bypass automation checks.

Without limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances shall MafiaMatrix be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning.
